How should I prepare for my acupuncture treatment?

Please eat a small meal or snack before your treatment. Bring any labs or reports from your doctor or other providers. No special clothing is required as we have sheets and gowns to make you comfortable if needed.

Is my treatment covered by insurance?

We bill a limited number of eligible PPO plans that cover out-of-network acupuncture services. Most of our patients receive a superbill receipt which they can submit to insurance for direct reimbursement. To inquire if we bill for your insurance plan, please email us with the name of your health insurance and the employer associated with the plan (where you or your partner works). Please note that we do not bill for HMO plans or plans associated with American Specialty Health (ASH).

Can I use my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)?

Yes, we accept FSA and HSA cards. Confirm that your specific plan can be applied toward acupuncture treatment.
