Perimenopause Webinar: Lab Testing and Acupuncture in the Second Spring 1/29/26 6:30pm

Perimenopause is having a moment—and we’re talking about it! This hormone transition can start 4–7 years before menopause, bringing changes that may feel confusing or overwhelming. Whether you're deep in the "peri" experience or simply curious about how to prepare, this webinar will give you the insights and tools you need to navigate this transition with confidence.

In this one-hour free webinar, you’ll learn:

How to know if you're in perimenopause – Learn about key lab tests to help you understand where you are in the journey (especially for folks with a partial hysterectomy).

How integrative medicine can ease symptoms – Explore how acupuncture, herbs, and holistic approaches can help with night sweats, brain fog, exhaustion, and more.

The mindset shift that changes everything – Move from frustration to empowerment by embracing the “Queen” archetype and reevaluating how you invest your time, energy, and resources.
