Menopause Book Club Replay + Fullscript Sale

Happy Thanksgiving Week! I hope you’re enjoying a cozy week filled with rest and gratitude. My cup is full after celebrating my birthday with friends and family, along with a quick trip to Refuge during school hours :). I turned 49, which means, of course, that next year is the big 5-0! A few years ago, I might have dreaded this milestone, but recently, I’ve been feeling excited about entering a new decade. With perimenopause and menopause receiving more attention in the media, I feel empowered as I head into this next chapter. I love the focus on staying strong and informed about our options for living vibrantly for decades to come.

Inspired by this recent media spotlight, I teamed up last month with my colleague and friend, Beth Dorsey, for my first book club featuring Dr. Mary Claire Haver’s bestselling book The New Menopause. One theme that emerged during the book club was the desire to know how to feel good during the sometimes-challenging perimenopause transition. Stay tuned for my upcoming webinars, where I’ll dive deeper into the “peri” realm. For now, I invite you to watch this recap that Beth and I recorded after our first book club evening.

End-of-Year Benefits

It’s that time of year to “use or lose” your insurance benefits! Health Savings Accounts (HSA) typically renew on January 1, as do many medical benefits, including acupuncture coverage. If you’ve met your out-of-network deductible, this is a great time to maximize your benefits!

Important Update:
Effective March 1, 2025, I will be transitioning away from insurance billing and will instead provide superbill receipts for all patients. If we’ve been billing for you, please note that after March 1, you’ll receive reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier. We’ll check in individually with all insurance patients, but feel free to reach out with any questions in the meantime.
